This prize draw is open to UK residents
Responders who complete this readership survey online or by post will be eligible for entry into one prize draw. The readership survey is complete when all the required questions have been answered.
There is no obligation to make a purchase to be entered into the draw but only one entry per person will be allowed, if multiple entries are detected, all entries will be disqualified.
The draw will take place on 1st December 2006 from the entries received by post and electronically by midnight on 30th November 2006. The winner will be selected at random from the details entered.
The promoters reserve the right to feature the names, photographs and general locations of prize winners in future publications and arrange suitable publicity for the presentation of the prize.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, altered or rendered unrecognisable
There is one prize
The supply of a Young Marmalade Car and insurance for 12 months
The car will be one of the new cars featured on www.youngmarmalade.co.uk
In the event that the winner of the prize is not old enough to drive or does not hold a valid driving licence, the promoters reserve the right to withhold the car until the winner is qualified to drive, with either a full or provisional licence or make a cash offer of an equivalent value. The value of this cash offer will not be less than £2,000.
The car will remain the property of the promoters and will be provided to the winner on a no cost 12-month lease rental. In the event that the winner is over 17 but under the age of majority any such lease rental document will need to be signed by a parent or guardian.
The prize winner may elect to purchase the car at the outset, in which case first years finance charges based on a finance plan over 3 years, will be paid by the promoters.
In the event that the winner is disqualified from driving or has more than 3 penalty points on their driving licence, the promoters will make a cash offer of an equivalent value. If the insurance underwriters are unable or unwilling to provide insurance cover, the cash alternative will be offered.
If the advertised models are no longer available at the time of awarding the prize we will substitute a car of equal value.
If the winner chooses the cash alternative a cheque will be posted within 28 days of the prize winner being confirmed.
The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into the draws is deemed to be acceptance of these terms.
